Collection Tin Co-ordinator Volunteer
Why do we need your help?
We need dedicated volunteers to commit placing and regularly monitoring our collection boxes within a specific geographical area in the community, to help raise money and awareness for Yeovil Hospital Charity.
What the role involves
As a collection box co-ordinator, you would:

place Yeovil Hospital Charity collection boxes in local business and organisations is your area

keep records of where all the boxes have been placed

maintain regular contact with all your collection box holders and follow up with them every two months to assess whether they are full and need collecting and replacing

counting and banking the funds collected
What skills/experience do I need?
-
good organisation and communication skills
-
a friendly and outgoing personality, confident in approaching businesses and organisations in your area

the ability to accurately maintain collection records
How much time would you like?
The role is a regular commitment but flexible to work around other responsibilities. You can take as many boxes as you feel you can manage.
How will I be supported?

you will receive a full induction to Yeovil Hospital Charity

you will have a dedicated member of staff as your named contact who will support you and answer any queries you have
